House improvements

My list of things I'd like to do to improve my house:

1. Put better insulation in the attic.
2. Fix the electrical outlets so they don't pop out. (The cover plate on many are not secure.)
3. Put a new cover plate on the cable outlet in our room
4. Replace the remaining curtains.
5. Get a new stove top.
6. Get a new oven.
7. Fix refrigerator: water leak in freezer
8. Fix cabinet in kitchen and bathroom.
9. Remove wallpaper in both bathrooms & repaint.
10. Add new fixtures to Master Bath.
11. Replace bathroom mirrors.
12. Pull out all weeds and flowers from garden, replace with rocks.
13. Trim tree.
14. Trim all bushes.
15. Cut down giant bush on the left wall of the house.
16. Get chairs & small table for patio out back.
17. Fix air leaks from back door and check windows for possible air leaks.
18. Figure out how to close off fireplace to prevent cold/hot air from escaping.
